Booking shoots and chasing deposits?

Photography studio tools combine contracts, deposits, invoices, and online galleries in one place so clients pay before the shoot.

How do photographers invoice clients?

List the session (by hour, half-day, or package), the deliverables (edited digital files, albums, prints), and any travel. Most photographers take a non-refundable deposit to hold the date. This tool pre-fills a session, deliverables, and print line.

Should a photographer charge a deposit?

Almost always. A 25–50% non-refundable deposit reserves the date and protects you from last-minute cancellations. The default terms here include a 25% deposit clause you can edit.

What about photo usage rights?

Spell out the license on the invoice — e.g. personal use vs commercial use — so there's no dispute later. Commercial licensing is usually billed as a separate line.
