This Privacy Policy explains how InvoiceSnap ("we", "us") handles information when you use invoicesnap.co. In short: the invoices and receipts you create stay in your browser and are never sent to us, we do not require accounts, and the only data collection on the site comes from standard advertising and privacy-friendly analytics, described below.

1. The invoices and receipts you create

All of our tools run entirely in your browser (client-side). The business details, client details, line items, notes, and any logo you add are processed on your own device to build a live preview and generate a PDF. This information is never transmitted to our servers, never stored by us, and never shared with anyone. We have no ability to see, save, or recover the invoices you create. When you close or refresh the page, that data is cleared from the browser.

2. Accounts

InvoiceSnap has no user accounts. You do not register, log in, or provide an email address to use the tools, so we do not hold any account or profile information about you.

3. Cookies and advertising (Google AdSense)

This site displays ads through Google AdSense to keep the tools free. Google is a third-party vendor that uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices.

Depending on your location, you may be shown a consent message before personalised ads are served, allowing you to accept or manage how cookies are used.

4. Analytics (Cloudflare)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic, such as how many people visit and which pages are popular. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint individuals, and does not collect personal data. It reports aggregate, anonymous statistics only.

5. Hosting and third-party services

The services we actually rely on are:

• Cloudflare: hosts the website and provides security and the privacy-friendly analytics described above. Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address as part of delivering and securing the site. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdSense: serves the advertising described in section 3.
• jsPDF: an open-source library loaded from Cloudflare's public CDN (cdnjs) that generates the PDF in your browser. It runs locally and does not send your invoice data anywhere.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use any other trackers or third-party services beyond those listed here.

6. Your rights

Because we do not collect or store personal information about you through the tools, there is no personal profile for us to access, correct, or delete. Where data protection laws such as the GDPR (Europe/UK) or CCPA (California) apply, you retain your rights regarding any personal data processed by the third parties above, and you can exercise choices over advertising cookies using the opt-out links in section 3. 7. Children

InvoiceSnap is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
